Virtual Legal Assistant
Virtual Legal Assistants can provide administrative support to attorneys and their law firm, just like a local Legal Assistant. They are trained and experienced in common law office procedures, technology, and legal terminology. Their duties may include answering phones, managing calendars, preparing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining files, filing paperwork, and handling billing and collections. Our Legal Assistants are vetted to be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication, reasoning, and customer service skills. The only thing they wouldn't be able to do are in-office tasks like scanning physical files or going to the post office.
